However, please understand that even though I take extra care in making and sending out my products, due to their handmade nature, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. But that is the beauty of buying handmade!
  • Full priced items may be returned for refund including the original postage.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, your replacement will be shipped at no additional change.
  • Unfortunately, sales and customised items cannot be returned


To process a refund, please send me a picture of the item you have bought letting me know of the issue at, then send it back in its original packaging to the returns address listed on the package. Once the product has been received and inspected. a refund will be issued less shipping charges in the original payment method.

I am currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
